You Are the Common Denominator in Your Life is a short, concise, and impactful book that goes directly to the heart of the subject without any filler.

You are the most important component in creating the wonderful life you want.

You can view this as a math equation.

You + Your Relationship = A Result

You + Your Job Performance = A Result

You + Your Goals = A Result

What is the common denominator in these equations? You Are!

When you are overly familiar with something it is hard to notice it. You are blinded by the familiarity. Using the example of your office there are many small things you don't notice. Now when someone else comes into your office they will notice things you don't see. Some may notice your office is dusty and cluttered. Others may see the office is set up in an inefficient way. They have "fresh eyes" and see things differently. What is closest to you is the hardest to see.

What is closer to you than "You"? It may be difficult to truly see yourself. It is sometimes difficult to see our own strengths and our own weak areas. The following chapters will help you to take a fresh look yourself.  You will have new concepts or perspectives to view yourself through. Take some time to think about each of them and evaluate if there are changes you can make to improve yourself.  You may gain useful new perspectives from this exercise.

You are the common denominator in every area in your life. This means if you improve yourself, by default you positively affect everything in your life. This means better relationships, better career and everything else in your life. It all starts with you.
